Bar Rollins
Chef Geoff Rhyne of Red Clay is teaming up with Bar Rollins to bring downtown locals and visitors a spicy, seasonally forward pop-up. Known for his bold takes on local seafood, Chef Rhyne will bring his signature style to Bar Rollins for a flavor-packed and southern-inspired evening of hot sauce, food and fun. Chef Rhyne will be slinging roasted oysters and fall-inspired dishes using Red Clay's spicy, chef-crafted hot sauces, hot honey and condiments. The pop-up is open to the public and no reservations are necessary. Menu items will be sold a la carte.
